The present review is aimed to compare two AV receivers - Onkyo TX-RZ50 vs Integra DTM-7 that are meant to satisfy the needs of cinema and music lovers.
A significant difference between the receivers in the number of channels, Onkyo TX-RZ50 has 9.2 versus 2.0 for Integra DTM-7. Regarding power, then TX-RZ50 has such a W/Ohm ratio - 120/8, 250/6 when DTM-7 has a power of 100/8. The THD is the same and is 0.08%.
Characteristics of digital to analog converter (DAC) are different, 384 KHz/32-bit for TX-RZ50 and AK4438 384 KHz/32-bit for the DTM-7. Only the TX-RZ50 supports Bi-amping feature. The Onkyo TX-RZ50 can transmit an audio signal directly to the amplifier and bypasses any DSP processing.

Only the TX-RZ50 has a Dolby Atmos multichannel audio format support. A surround technology DTS:X is supported only by the TX-RZ50.
