The Yamaha RX-V581 vs Yamaha RX-V583 comparison will be extremely helpful for people who want to get a great, powerful receiver with many functions.

Amplifier

AV receivers under review have the same number of channels. In terms of power, there are differences, the RX-V581 has such a ratio W/Ohm - 115/6, while the RX-V583 has a power of 80/8, 145/6. A common feature for devices is the same total harmonic distortion - 0.09%.

Audio features

Competitive models use the same DAC. Each of the compared opponents supports Bi-amping. Both Yamaha RX-V581 and Yamaha RX-V583 can transmit an audio signal directly to the amplifier and bypasses any DSP processing.

Unlike most receivers, our models do not have a built-in phono stage for connecting a vinyl player.

Additional features
